Incomplete/incorrect user list

Well... I have some more on this.  After very carefully looking over the
list of what was returned to the workstation and going through the
smbpasswd file, I found that initially only the first 24 user entries in
smbpasswd are being returned to the workstation.  Very odd indeed.
