I have win me. with a samba share using linux mandrake 8.0

I have win me. with a samba share using linux mandrake 8.0.  When I copy a file from my hd to cgi-bin. I try to run it and it says file is busy.

I turn off samba server and turn it back on. The file gets freed for use.

What is causing it??

I dont know if I have joined the group so please send to my email any replies
