Backup your /etc/smb.conf

Remove the 3 redhat samba 2.0 packages
(rpm -e samba samba-client samba-common)

Install the one sambe.org 2.2 package

Migrate your smb.conf configuration if the installation of 2.2 did not
do this for you.
You should be able to just copy the backuped smb.conf over the new
smb.conf in this case, as the conf file is the same format for 2.0 and
2.2, but you might want to take a look at the new 2.2 conf file incase
there are any new settings relevant to your installation.
