Unresponsive samba and 2 gigabyte TDB files, OH MY!

I think the story with this problem is that no-one (other than
yourself and the other correspondent) has been able to reproduce
it.

If you find out any more information you might like to continue
the thread on samba-technical as more samba team members hang out
there rather than this list.
