Can not find Samba server when secuity level is user level

Hello:

I install RedHat 6.2 linux and startup smbd & nmbd. 
When the secrrity level is set to be "share" level, I can find the SAMBA server through "Start menu, click Find,  then click computer" in Win98 immediately. 
However, if I set the security level to be "user" level, I can not find the SAMBA server immediately, Why?
