NT error 1326 when opening files

I have a web server on a NT system which access files on a HP-UX system
using PC/NFS with out a problem.

When I change the web software to point to my RH7 running SAMBA with
identical files I get a system error 1326 trying to open the file. I can see
the directory using explorer, copy the file etc.

path = /home/maharam/export/
writable = yes

Not sure which level I am on. Will have to assume the latest which comes
with RH7.
