smbclient porting to Handheld device

There is a downloadable "redirector" for all CE but that running on Arm
processors (which is, of course, the kind I have).

Has anyone already pointed out the GPL in response to this question?

Windows CE has an SMB client doesn't it?  I've never played with
"Wince" so I can't remember exact details.
