Netmask 4th octet: 00000000 =   0

IP 3rd octet:      11100000 = 112
IP 4th octet:      whatever

Actually, this will get involved. I suggest you get a book on TCP/IP.

OK I'm no guru, but isn't this line a little odd:

Shouldn't the broadcast be 3.209.112.255?? Just a thought. :)
