Mac OsX Server

I have a question!

Is it posible to use "SAMBA server" on a Mac OsX server so that Mac users
and Windows
users can have their files on the same volume!
What i can undarstand is the new server prepared for SMB but i am not so
sartine
that this can use logon scripts and all that futures that your software
can do!?
Acting like a NT Server...
