tar extension to the client

Thanks Mike,

the problem I run into now is that the command -t and smbfs not recognize
under Unix. What is the command line to mount under Unix.

If I use smbclient I would get to this prompt
smb: \>
but that only allow me to see things under windows.  How would I backup
the directory I see.
