Joe and Joachim,

I may be wrong, but I don't think hidedotfiles will hide files to the Windozs side
of the house. If I recall, due to the way the DOS hidden file attribute is mapped
for windoze and the way Linux tries to map it, I don't think it works. See the
O'Riley documentation. That is where I recall seeing this.
