Upgrading to 2.0.7 howto?

Rich Parker asked about "basic instructions regarding upgrading
from 2.0.5b to 2.0.7".

	Not much changed significantly: scan through
	smb.conf.5.html looking for 2\.0\.[567]
	I found:

	force group changed in 2.0.5
	level2 oplocks added in 2.0.5
	mangle locks removed in 2.0.6
	write cache size added in 2.0.7
