Samba/MS Access Files

My company ran into the same problem when hosting an Access file on a 
Linux/Samba box.  Ultimately, the solution was change Linux to Windows 
NT.  If there is a solution to this particular problem, several of my 
co-workers would love to take the NT box outside and shoot it.
