smbpasswd error

Running a firewall? Not sure. SMB needs port 139. I got in my suse:

/etc/rc.config.d/firewall.rc.config:

FW_SERVICES_INTERNAL_TCP="smtp domain ftp telnet ssh www 139"

and also:

FW_SERVICE_SAMBA="yes"
