accessability problem

hi,
i'm new to samba. can anybody help me with this
problem. i'm trying to install a network printer, not
attached to the samba machine (i mean not a local
printer to the machine that host samba server).
nevertheless, the other computer is in the same
workgroup as my pc. i kept getting this message :
//pc14 is not accessible

The computer or sharename could not be found. make
sure you type it correctly, and try again. (well, u
know, the message from microsoft os...).

the network is working since i can see all the
pcs in my domain(through network neigboorhood).by the
way, i'm using win 98 2nd ed with samba running on
mandrake 7.1 .
