Win2K keeps disconnecting

Hello,

I am running Samba 2.0.5 on SCO OSR5.0.5.

Does any one know reasons why smb would disconnect; it seems to be at 
random and mostly on Win2K machines, some not all and also happens on a 
couple Win9x boxen.  Any ideas what I should be looking for?
