Samba/Macintosh question (desperated) - eliminates two prior msgs

It's not clear to me, but it sounds like you might be mixing up samba and
netatalk stuff.  Just so we're clear, the samba config has zero to do with
netatalk.  The default config for netatalk is to show just the user's home
dir.  See /etc/atalk/AppleVolumes.default.  That file is self documented.
