Disabling NT Roving Profiles

By default, when a user logs onto an NT Workstation, it places his profile in
his home directory on the network.  I would like to not have a profile area at
all, and failing that, have it stay on the local system, instead of going onto
the network.  I know this is possible on Win95/98, but is it possible on
WinNT4.0?  Is so how?
