Data Corruption

Hi there,
   I have windows 98 clients accessing a Samba 2.0.5a server on Redhat Linux
6.1. And I am getting data corruption when data is being written to the
database. I have turned off oplocks but I am getting the same problem. Is
there a way to setup Samba to be some sort of "Database Server" so the data
doesn't corrupt or how can I fix this?
