HOWTO add static entries to WINS?

Do you think it is possible to add hosts with Netbios "tags" to DNS (A or CNAME
record)?

E.g.

    10.1.0.1    wins#00.kulak.ac.be
    10.1.0.1    samba#03.kulak.ac.be
    10.1.0.1    samba#20.kulak.ac.be
    10.1.0.1    KULAK#1b.kulak.ac.be
    10.1.0.1    KULAK#1c.kulak.ac.be
    10.1.0.1    samba.kulak.ac.be
