Cannot see server in workgroup

I have Samba 2.0.7 installed on a system running Solaris 7. On a different
network segment I have my system running Windows 2000 which is logged into a
different domain. I can see the workgroup I created in Network Neighborhood
however when I go into it the samba server is not listed. I have a very
basic smb.conf file configured and was not sure if its a security/password
problem or if it might be something else. I would appreciate any insight.
Here is a copy of my smb.conf file
# Global parameters
[global]
	workgroup = SAMBANET
	netbios name = SUNADM
	server string = Samba Server
	security = SHARE
	debug level = 3
	log file = /var/opt/samba/log.%m
	guest account = pcguest
	hosts allow = All

[home]
	comment = Home Directories
	path = /home
	writeable = Yes

[share]
	comment = Solaris Share
	path = /share
	writeable = Yes
	browseable = No

thanks,
