Problem during installation

varargs.h should be in /usr/include on your system. If not you may
not have installed the required packages. Run the command 

showfiles | grep varargs

I show the line 

f 50392  8479 compiler_dev.hdr.lib    usr/include/varargs.h

You can get precompiled versions of Samba-2.0.7 from samba.org or 
any of the mirrors.
