Memory leak with XP Clients

Were both the free memory (1st line) and the free buffer (2nd line) low,
or was it only the free memory?  I may be stating the obvious, but what
you need to be concerned about is the amount of free buffers in the 2nd
line, not the free memory shown in the first line, just to make sure...

I also thought about the possibility of a newer kernel (before 2.4.17)
with the reworked VM being less swap-happy.  But it should only affect a
machine with low physical memory IIRC...

Just some random thoughts...
