Administrative Install of Programs Fail

when i try to make a Admin install of programs
with the /A switch, i get the error

2327      Could not remove directory: [3] GetLastError: [2]

My samba log reports

[2001/12/17 09:10:51, 0] smbd/open.c:open_directory(1111)
  open_directory: unable to stat name = Programs/RouteFinder Utilities.
Error was No such file or directory

When creating a directory i have 777 and file permission is 666.

I can do the install in my homedirectory and it works fine, but when i
run it in a shared directory i get the error.

Any ideas?
