Oplock problem on FreeBSD

I've been getting these problems since 2.2.1-2.2.2.  I'm on FreeBSD 
4.4 currently running samba 2.2.2

What happens is the application just locks while trying to access the 
files.  Here is a -d9 log file of when it happens.
