Adobe Photoshop uses wrong permissions when saving, default ACLs and create mask being ignored.

This seem to be correct, I just tried to save a webpage from IE
and it saves it with a correct mask, Photoshop 6 and previous 
saves with the wrong mask for some reason.

So what might be happening is that adobe photoshop writes the file, then
changes the permissions on it?

Could that be traced in the debug logs?
