netbios-ns/udp server failing

This is not a samba error, but from inetd trying to start samba. I believe
running samba (smbd/nmbd) 2.2.2 from inetd/xinetd is no longer supported, or
is not suggested. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Typically "looping" errors from inetd/xinetd are caused by improper
wait/nowait settings. See man pages for a discussion. If samba will work at
all from inetd/xinetd, then I think it should be "nowait".
HTH,
Doug
