utimes in glibc-2.1.3

hi!

i have problem compiling samba-2.2-cvs with this error message:

Using LIBS = -lacl  -ldl -lnsl -lcrypt
Compiling smbwrapper/wrapped.c with -fpic
../source/smbwrapper/wrapped.c:473: conflicting types for `utimes'
/usr/include/sys/time.h:112: previous declaration of `utimes'
make: *** [smbwrapper/wrapped.po] Error 1

i am using glibc-2.1.3, kernel-2.4.13-ac8+acl, sourcing cvs at Wed Dec  5
16:33:18 JAVT 2001
