FILE IS TO DEEP

Hi Guys

I want to say thanks all who have helped me so far. I have a situation where 
my users are locked out of the files they are working with. Sometimes data 
corruptions occur with excel, access and other files. When I even try to 
copy files from windows to samba server, sometimes I get this error "FILE 
PATH IS TO DEEP" and it locks that file.  can only delete it form the 
server. Somebody help.
