How do un-PDC an NT PDC?

Now that I have Samba 2.2.0 running as a PDC, how do I make the NT server
stop?  I don't want to take it down (it is a license server for some PC
software), but I don't want it to be a PDC anymore?  We have a BDC we need
to do this with, also (it is a print server for some old printer so we can't
take it down, yet).

One of our NT gurus said it can't be done.
