Slow Copy WinXX - Linux/Samba :-(

For me, this problem is only with samba, apache and ftpd work fine when I
send to the server, its just getting samba to receive files that fast.  I
found if you turn raw writes to whatever the default isn't, it helps speed
it up, but for some reasons slows down the reads a little.
