There is a MAX_POLICY_HANDLES defines in srv_lsarpc.c IIRC.
Change this define to a higher value.  2048 is what NT uses I think.
I think we have a leak in 2.0.7.  Have you tried 2.2.0?  (or maybe wait
for 2.2.1)
