solaris2.7/samba-2.0.7 does not start

Hi,
i set S99samba in the /etc/rc3.d and i see after some reboots
samba is not starting and sometimes it starts.
Solaris2.7/samba-2.0.7 and here is the attachment, S99samba.
I upgraded the solaris2.5 to this solaris 2.7 box.
Apprciated.
