Problems adding Samba 2.0.7 to a Win2K DC

Is anyone familiar with this issue?

When I try to run this command:
"smbpasswd -j <Domain> -r <Win2k Domain controller>"

I receive this error:
"cli_net_auth2: Error NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT
cli_nt_setup_creds: auth2 challenge failed
modify_trust_password: unable to setup the PDC
credentials to machine <DC>. Error was :
NT_STATUS_NO_TRUST_SAM_ACCOUNT.
1999/10/02 14:42:42 : change_trust_account_password:
Failed to change password for domain <DOM>"

I have made the change to the registry on the Domain
controller as specified in the Microsoft Knowledgebase
solution #: Q224287.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
