Samba hangs with DNS changes

Hi list,

I have a red hat linux 6.1 with 2.0.5a samba 
server runing. If I change de definitions of 
the resolv.conf or activate DNS or Squid 
services, my Samba server stop to respond and 
reports broken pipe send packet.

Theres anybody that can help me with this 
problem?
