I'm no smbfs guru, but we had to put in /etc/fstab the options:
username=BB,uid=BB (also put in gid=BB) to get BB write access when smbfs was
mounted during boot (with mount -a -t smbfs). This in addition to the rw,guest
options. The mounted share then has rxw,r_w,r_w permissions and is accessible
by BB and root.

You would need one entry per user in fstab.
