Samba 2.0.7 + FreeBSD 4.1-STABLE + W2k sp1

  I have a problem with Samba 2.0.7 + FreeBSD 4.1-STABLE + W2k sp1 -
very slow speed when copying something from a samba share to a w2k
host - something about 50-60 kb/sec
  how can i fix it?
