shm_alloc and set_share_mode errors

Hi,

I use samba version 2.0.3 on Solaris for connection to an NT domain.
In the log files I get a lot of errors like:

[2000/09/11 14:44:21, 0] locking/shmem_sysv.c:shm_alloc(214)
  ERROR shm_alloc : alloc of 110 bytes failed
[2000/09/11 14:44:21, 0] locking/locking_shm.c:shm_set_share_mode(435)
  ERROR:set_share_mode shmops->shm_alloc fail!

The users complains about problems with opening the files. Is there any
tuning parameter in the Operating System or in Samba I can use to avoid
these errors?
