After mounting a Win2k net share, the mount drops after some peri od of inactivity

The same Linux box (Red Hat 6.2) keeps a normal NT file share (different
machine) mounted for eternity. The Win2k one drops off after some period
(haven't actually timed it, but it is less than 1/2 our maybe 10 minutes.)

Does anyone know if this is a normal behavior for Win2000?
