Hi I am trying to backup an NT box using smbtar on an HP running 11.0. All works fine if the file sizes are less than 2GB. The data seems to goto tape but when I index the tape using gtar the size of any 2GB file is negative and gtar thinks what comes after the header is garbage. samba 2.07 with large file support enabled, gtar 1.12. Any ideas? thanks les grant -
