[Windows 9x] How to create a Briefcase on a Samba Share

Hi,

How is it possible to create a briefcase (Windows 9x) on a samba share? 
There is a description in Japanese on 
http://www.dais.is.tohoku.ac.jp/~kabe/vsd/briefcase_on_samba/ but I'm not 
able to read this language.
