Slow writes from MS_DOS LanMan client to Samba Server

MIght have something to do with the LanMan version, if you put samba in
debig mode you 
can see that there is a negotiation of the LanMan version, there is also a
way to make it choose some version first, I don't remember how, this
knowledge comes from my long-term unreliable memory.
