Hi, im going to set up a fileserver with system on a small (9gb) SCSI160 disc and archive on 2 60GB eide disk in mirroring on a ABIT hot rod 100 (AMD Thunderbird 800 / 256 Mb ram with debian potato and kernel 2.2.17). This machine should serve on a 100Mbit LAN mp3 to 3 machines (for broadcasting on a FM radio station). I must know if samba will grant full 500kbit transfer over the network or if it could lock up.
Last id like to know is there is any way to make samba serve first a machine then the others.

Tnx in advance,
Yage.
