Win2000 Client and Samba domain

Hello,

I need to have an answer to this question.
Is it possible to make an Windows 2000 Client logon to a Samba domain.
The idea behind this is that you can make a Windows 2000 client logon to
a NT4 domain. So I was wondering wheter it is possible to configure your
Windows 2000 client so that I can do a domain logon just like a Win9x
client can.

Any information would be greatly appreciated,
