Samba - Access Date/Time Stamps

Hi All,

I have noticed when a file is copied from a Windows system to a Samba share
the access date/time of the file is made the same as the modification
date/time of the file. This may be by design, but was wondering if there is
a way to force samba to write the access date/time as the date/time the file
is copied to the share?
