SIGHUP running nmbd from rc.local

Sometimes when running nmbd from rc.local (/usr/local/sbin/nmbd -D) it
dies, when I run it by hand it doesn't die, or at it hasn't die all the
times I did it. Smbd has no problem, it runs properly.
I'm using a GENERIC OpenBSD 2.7 and Samba 2.0.7
Here is what the logs show: (sig 11 :( )

/var/log/nmbd:

Any idea of what could causing this ? And/or how to fix it ?
Thank you.
