There is none currently.  There are some example scripts
I wrote available on ftp.samba.org/pub/samba/contributed
that will translate output from the various net commands
into /etc/passwd and /etc/group format.  You can setup
group members which mirrors the NT domain on a cron job.

btw...the file is named ntuser_import-1.0.1.tar.gz or 
something like that.
