Samba-2.2.0-alpha0 bug with smbpasswd

Hi there

It looks like Samba-2.20 doesn't like running without a smbpasswd file.

We use Samba-2.0.7 here as a domain member, i.e Domain Users attach to Samba
server, Samba asks PDC to confirm password, then "add user script" runs if
necessary to create user. At no stage is /etc/smbpasswd referred to. Of
course if I tried to login as "root" (which isn't a Domain usercode),
Samba-2.0.7 then either looks in /etc/smbpasswd for root, or returns an
error that smbpasswd doesn't exist- fine. Samba 2.2.0 just immediately
starts going on about /usr/local/samba/private/smbpasswd not existing in the
identical configuration. Looks to me that it's looked for first instead of
last as in 2.0.7?
