HELP! Connect to SAMBA server problem

Howdy!

Please help me to solve this problem:
I've installed 2.0.7 version and configured... smbclient works properly (connects to NT servers) but NT/95 clients are unable to connect to my SAMBA server... 
Error message is:
connecting to ip: <my ip> at port 139
neighbour table overflow
error connecting to <ip>:139 (no buffer space available)
connection to <host> failed

please repeat to tchaikovski at consultant.com
