debug2html

I am in need of the debug2html program for reporting purposes but cannot
get the program to compile on any of my linux systems. These are the
specs:

Red Hat Linux 6.2
SAMBA version 2.0.7

By issuing ./configure;make;make install, the debug2html program is not
created at all on the systems. Is there any way to force it to create
debug2html or is there another utility that will create a similar
output?
